Of all of the vegetable crops I have been involved with in my career, onions are my favorite. The NOA made possible the expansion of my knowledge about the onion industry. The contacts that I made through participation in the meetings was invaluable to me in my career. The travel to all the diverse onion production areas in North America was enlightening. I consider the association with the other members through the meetings, field trips, and social events as an important part of my life. I am grateful to the association for making that possible.”
