Welcome to learning fun with the National Onion Association Onions Have Layers Lesson Plan. This series of cross-curricular lesson plans for Grades 1-6 were developed and reviewed by teachers. Each lesson plan on food and nutrition includes correlating materials such as PowerPoint presentations, student activities and worksheets.
All lessons align with national core standards in science, math, reading and writing for grades 4-6, yet are easy to adapt for upper grades and consumer outreach.
