Easy Pickled Red Onions

Ingredients

• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Add the vinegar and brown sugar to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about 3 minutes, until the sugar dissolves. Pour the warm mixture over your sliced red onions and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
