Grilled Onion-Chicken Pita Sandwich

3 pounds chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled
1 pound red onion, sliced 1/2 inch thick, grilled
1 pound yellow onion, sliced 1/2 inch thick, grilled
1 1/2 pounds red bell pepper, cut into wedges, grilled
12 pita bread pockets cut in half
lettuce, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese slices
Grill chicken, onion slices, bell peppers.
For each sandwich fill 1/2 pita bread with grilled chicken breast, sliced grilled onions, grilled red pepper, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
