Favorite Onion Ring Dips

Ingredients for Grain Mustard Aioli:

Yellow onion, minced 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Dijon mustard 1/4 cup
Whole seed mustard 1/4 cup
Fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Garlic, minced 2 teaspoons
Honey 1 teaspoon
Black pepper, fine ground 1/4 teaspoon


Ingredients for Wild West Sauce:

Barbecue sauce 1/2 cup
Steak sauce 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon
White onion, minced 1/2 cup

For Grain Mustard Aioli:
Whisk together all ingredients in stainless steel bowl. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes 2 cups.

For Wild West Sauce:
Whisk together all ingredients in stainless steel bowl. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes 2 cups.
