Ingredients:
15 oz. can corn (you may use frozen, thawed corn)
1/2 pound lean ground beef, cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon bottled liquid smoke
1 large yellow onion, peeled and chopped
2 cups canned pinto beans, drained
4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounces Mexican beer
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and stir well to combine. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours. Stir occasionally. Serves 4.
